Meal prep! 🥒🧀

 

I’ve been wanting to try this meal prep for a minute. I originally found the idea on POPSUGAR Fitness’ page, so I decided to add my personal touch to it.

 

For the ingredients, I used zucchini, vegan cheese, ground turkey and simple seasonings. I try to stay away from seasonings that are in sodium, so I just used a few simple ones.

 

This shows that healthy doesn’t have to be boring. Eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean only eating salads. In fact, some salads can be considered less nutritious depending on the salad dressing and other ingredients. Try to find a variety of vegetables to put on your plate. Meal prep several different dishes so that you don’t have to eat the same thing weekly.
