Here’s what’s on my plate for thanksgiving!! Macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, greens and more!! I also plan on eating banana pudding for dessert! 🤤


Remember, to NOT have guilt as you indulge today! The holiday is just one day, and you can get back on track after today! It’s okay to eat cheat meals in moderation, just as long as you eat healthy for majority of the time!


This morning, I had my everyday breakfast (a shake and tea) so that I could have my everyday nutrients in addition to my cheat meal. I find when I stay on track on my cheat days, I feel soo much better the next day! I ended up not finishing my plate and that’s okay because you don’t have to have a clean plate.
