Solo workout or group class?
For me, it depends because sometimes I enjoy participating in group classes, but other times I prefer solo workouts. My solo workouts consist of me blasting my music and going at my own pace. I consider it a way to decompress after a long day or “me time.” In addition to this, my gym also values solo workouts. There are no workout classes, so gym members are left to enjoy individual workouts.
I enjoy solo workouts during the week, but don’t get me wrong—I wouldn’t mind going to fitness classes. At fitness classes, there’s an opportunity to meet new people and learn new exercises.
