Post-thanksgiving, I haven’t really been meal prepping, but I have been eating healthy. I have been eating a lot of salads, fruit and protein bars. I most likely won’t meal prep until after winter break because I will be traveling ✈️🌴🌺but I’m still going to eat healthy. Take a look at one of the snacks I’ve been enjoying. Fun fact: I still don’t like scrambled eggs, but I like boiled eggs 😂🥚
I used to think of winter break as a time to eat whatever I want, but I had to learn that I can only indulge in moderation. I always think of it as how the cheat meal wouldn’t be special if you eat it consistently.
