All products were purchased from Trader Joe’s.  

The ube mochi pancakes were amazing! I didn’t even need to use any vegan butter. It tastes like a mochi cake and I made it extra crispy. However, the calories are high, so I wouldn’t eat it every day. 🥞

The matcha almond drink wasn’t bad. I wish it could’ve been made with oat milk because the almond flavor overpowers it. I’ll probably add matcha and ice to it, so I can be an iced matcha latte! 🍵

Lastly, the organic watermelon fruit spread was so good! I added it to my gluten-free toast, and I ended up adding more! 🍞🍉
