Kale & shrimp meal prep! 🍤🥬 


I love colorful meals, so I added carrots and red bell peppers to the dish. I also had leftover brown basmati rice that I’m going to pair with this meal prep! It tastes so amazing and it’s full of nutrients. Additionally, I cooked the rest of my shrimp. The two pounds of frozen shrimp lasted me several meal preps. It was so convenient! If you are looking to try a meal prep, you might like this!
