During these challenging times, I’d like to discuss fitness motivation and the current global pandemic, COVID-19. How have you been staying motivated during your fitness journey? Personally, I’ve been participating in live workout sessions, which are making my workouts more fun! I also like blasting my music as I work out! 

1.) The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus.

2.) Clean your hands often with soap and water

3.) Avoid close contact with people who are sick. 

4.) Keep 6 feet between yourself and others.

5.) Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover around others 

6.) Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces DAILY
7.) Another fact is that studies have shown that POC and Black people are vulnerable to COVID-19 because of systemic inequities in healthcare accessibility.
