Consistency and discipline are crucial!
For the past 3 years, I've been disciplined and consistent with exercise and nutrition. Making it a routine made it easier to stay consistent. I also think that discipline is paramount in any fitness journey. Sometimes motivation isn't enough. Setting goals and staying accountable are ways that I stay disciplined.
