Since quarantine my steps have been slacking. I still managed to exercise and eat nutritiously, but besides that I wasn’t active.
This week, I started tracking my steps and my goal has been 10K steps every day. I’ve also been sprinting and jogging outside to increase my endurance.
Fun fact: rebounders can help you increase your steps! This is especially helpful when you’re at home for most of the day.
How to reach 10K steps:
Take the stairs instead of the elevator
Walk to places instead of driving
Try to walk during your lunch break
When you’re on the phone, walk around the house instead of sitting
Visit local parks
