Since quarantine my steps have been slacking.  I still managed to exercise and eat nutritiously, but besides that I wasn’t active.

 

This week, I started tracking my steps and my goal has been 10K steps every day. I’ve also been sprinting and jogging outside to increase my endurance.

 

Fun fact: rebounders can help you increase your steps! This is especially helpful when you’re at home for most of the day.

 

How to reach 10K steps:

  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator

  • Walk to places instead of driving

  • Try to walk during your lunch break

  • When you’re on the phone, walk around the house instead of sitting

  • Visit local parks
